I haven't met someone more unprofessional in this entire industry. Late to the only meeting she didn't miss. She didn't... show up for two of those meetings. She also cancelled after we got there and after we gave her a 20 minutes heads up when we were in the way. No courtesy to call or even apologize. Unreliable and we are forced to forfeit our deposit because we did not want to risk our peace of mind. It was highly stressful for my wife. Wouldnt recommended this decorator to anyone. I would not trust this company for any events. They are very unprofessional. The type of service provided was horrible.... She is never on time and she tries to up-charge you because of her own personal problems with others in the industry, we were almost given an ultimatum. She dodged calls, emails even meetings. The lack of unprofessionalism is beyond me. When you first book her she’ll tell you, you can get your deposit back but when you cancel she’ll tell you the deposit can only be used towards her services, why would any one go back of services weren’t provided for properly to begin with. She will not work with you whatsoever, not willing to help or come to a tangible agreement. They are in the wedding planning industry, instead of helping they’ll be the reason to add to your stress.read more

I am very grateful to the entire team,excellent, they all work with great... coordination and dedication, you can see that it is a solid team who are perfectionist as a designers or decorators, very detailed. The quality of their work is impeccable. Most importantly they take their time and listen to what you want and make your imagination come in to life. If you are looking for Bloomingdales experience, this is your one way stop. I highly recommend the Royal Dekors team. They will certainly be doing all my events!! They did an amazing job!! Loved their work since I heard about them and when I finally hired them and saw my engagement... party decor, I was very impressed. I chose a design and they said they will change up a little bit but promised it'll be better and I'm so happy to say it was so much better than I imagined. We worked with Yasmeen for my daughter's wedding 3 years ago. She worked with our budget and she kept suggesting the... best options to make my daughter happy as that was her important event. Yasmeen out every minor details to the decorations of two of our events. She even put some of the things that she didn't charged us for. She let us enjoy as long as the venue's time limit. I have all the respect for her and her crew. She not only works hard but she keeps her promises and everything is in writing. I am so surprised to see negative reviews. Now a day people try to take away the earnings by falsely claiming against the vendor after enjoying the service. She has the best prices and value in whole area.read more
